Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Please note that during peak periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

Skintrue is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you've made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Skintrue is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We'll review the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.
